'A grim person.'
"CNN Peirs Morgan show being canned."
My bleary morning eyes first read that as "caned"....
The Return of the Vic Links is most welcome! I can begin my week filfulled.
"Mr. Morgan is an ass," said Jeanette Leinson, bluntly.
MSlytherynNBC: Gryffyndors will hate it but the new Bernie Botts half-blood commercial is really cute.
Just to be clear, considering a comment above:
The Cheerios ad is not at issue, just the incredibly stupid racist LaughingStock Media tweet, right? I haven't seen the ad itself.
Strangest thing about the Cheerios tweet is, that particular bugaboo - interracial anything, really - is so middle-of-last-Century now! As the reply tweets so amply demonstrate.
Thing 2, finally:
NYT didn't leave as much white space to work with as Time did on the Hillary cover, but we can work with this...

Don't care about Nugent, or whatev he said. Or any of the following folks...

"Where is the outrage from the MFM? "

"Honestly, MSNBC gets more viewership on internet posts like this than they do directly on TV."
And I must say I'm shocked, shocked that AP would suggest Obamacare would raise costs.
Know it, not so shocking. But say so...?!?
This all reminds me of old Sam Walton in his biography. He talked about how reporters were surprised to find him driving his old pick up (with the dog Roy) instead of a chauffeured limo.
I remember when I trusted Chet and David and Walter and their ilk to relay the news. When I was a young, naive fool.
As an old, jaded fool, I prefer Vic's delivery. Thanks, Vic.
I just read Ace's last post, and I think Mr Ace is a mean bully, picking on those poor confused, cognitively-challenged inmates at The New York Times.
So that no one has to mine the heap of offsite comments for the nuggets, these were panned out of the stream for October 2013, brushed off and polished up as needed before being set here.

That's Reporting! We're not saying it. They allege it. Fair! Balanced! We got a stupid quote from both sides!
