16° here. But, highs in the 40s for most of the week. I'll take it.

It's cold. It's wet. It's freezing wet drizzly rain ice stuff all over everything.

Sunshine breaks through the thinning overcast and shines in my windows at last. Yay! I can take the cold much better when that big flamey thing is up.

Ahhh. Shirt-sleeve weather. Tee-shirt, but for a slight breeze and it's getting warmer by the hour.

18℉ a few nights ago, maybe freezy a few nights from now, but 70s today.

The cold rolled out of Kansas, finally. Wind whipping the fallen leaves around. Nice to be warm, dry, and inside.

When I'm complaining about the cold later this winter, I must remember these incredible beautiful warm days at the end of October 2013. Just took a brief, brisk stroll in the twilight.

Ten 'til "Seven" (actually Six) o'clock and no hint of sun. The weak, waning moon barely lights the overcast. Cool and quiet. Feels like trick-or-treating weather!
