The problem with mental health testing in public schools is similar to the Constitutional problem of prayer in public schools.
Well, the kids are off for a FOURTH snow day after the assurance last night that they'd be back to school today. This is DAY 20 OF THEIR EXTENDED WINTER BREAK. AAARGH!
