"Story goes a school used to be on the site where the Community build stands now"
"Story goes"? How about a little real-world research? School's name was Garfield, built in 1909. It was my educational foundation. If there's a ghost, it's of the building itself, which should have been preserved. The rest is the echo of children playing and learning.
