Arcan Cetin, the young Turkish man who allegedly killed five people in a mall near Seattle, is also alleged to have shouted a female name several times as he allegedly opened fire in Macy’s. His ex-girlfriend was formerly employed at that same store, but quit three months ago. His motive is still unknown, but the FBI says it is not ruling out terrorism.

In other news, the AfD party (Alternative für Deutschland, Alternative for Germany), has recorded its highest ever poll numbers, definitively establishing itself as the third-largest party in the country.…

…On this day in 1914 in the early days of the US march to Fascism and Socialism in the United States the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) was established by the Federal Trade Commission Act passed by a Democrat Congress after being pushed by the socialist President Woodrow Wilson. The chief goal of the new commission was to attack business and capitalism in the name of protecting the people.

The man suspected of killing five people last night at a mall near Seattle has been arrested. His name is Arcan Cetin, and according to his Facebook page, he is from Turkey. The names of the victims — four women and one man — have yet to be released, pending autopsy results, but the youngest is said to be a 16-year-old-girl.

In other news, a large explosion in downtown Budapest caused dozens of casualties, but no reported deaths. The cause of the blast is not yet known, but it is thought to have been a gas leak.…

A Chinese tourist in Germany who lost his wallet ended up spending two weeks in a refugee camp. The poor man tried to report the loss to police, but spoke only Mandarin, so he ended up signing an asylum application form. After two weeks in a refugee camp, someone had the bright idea of asking an employee at a local Chinese restaurant to interpret, and the mistake was resolved and rectified.

In other news, according to the latest polls, the wealthiest Americans are abandoning the Republican Party to vote for Hillary Clinton. Voters from households making over $100,000 favor Mrs. Clinton over Donald Trump by 46% to 42%.…
