The eight Supreme Court justices appeared evenly split during Monday's oral arguments in the case over President Obama's 2014 policy to not deport an estimated four million immigrants illegally living in the U.S.

That is likely a bad sign for the administration because a 4-4 split in U.S. v. Texas would mean that lower court rulings halting the policy would stand.…

One of the suspects accused in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry has plead guilty to first degree murder charges. Under the plea deal, Rosario Rafael Burboa-Alvarez will be sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Burboa-Albarez was not at the scene the night of Terry’s murder in Arizona in Dec. of 2010; he was in Mexico– the one who recruited and paid the so-called “rip-crew” of illegal immigrant criminals that opened fire on Terry and other agents.

In 2012, Burboa-Alvarez was found living and working illegally in Phoenix and was arrested.…

According to Brown, several Somali men were recently apprehended crossing the border into Arizona. …When ICE officials came to pick up the illegals they told the rancher that the aliens were Mexican. The rancher argued that of course the men were obviously from Somalia. That’s when ICE told the rancher that they were ordered to report all illegals as either from Central America or Mexico – including these men from Somalia. It’s the latest trick by the Obama administration to deceive the American public on the calamity at the border. …
