Afghan Teenager ‘Self-Radicalised’ Before Axe And Knife Attack On German Train

Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann said notes suggesting self-radicalisation and a hand-painted flag of the Islamic State (IS) group were found in the 17-year-old asylum seeker’s room.
