Gates: Civilian casualties defeat for U.S., NATO in Afghanistan

U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said Friday that civilian casualties in Afghanistan must be reduced as every casualty is a defeat for NATO and the U.S. troops fighting in the country.
