Bush was told - bin Laden wants to strike the continental US. From that Bush was supposed to know exactly what, where, when and how 9/11 would happen

Obama was told two day before the Libyan attack - terrorists will strike the Bengazi consulate on 9/11. That information is much too vague according to the MSM.
