Mildred "Patty" Baena's daughter is breaking her silence about her mom's scandal -- claiming the ONLY reason people care about it is because Arnold was in an interracial affair. [Until i read this, I had no idea about "race" being any kind of factor in Da Governator's betrayal of his marraige, nor does it make any difference.]
