Micah Xavier Johnson, the sniper who murdered five Dallas police officers and wounded a number of others, reportedly had plans for a much larger attack that would have involved explosives. He also is reported to have scrawled cryptic messages in his own blood on the walls of the parking garage where he was eventually killed.
