The Islamic terrorist Omar Mateen, who murdered 49 people at a gay bar in Orlando before being killed by police, transferred the deed to his house to his sister and brother-in-law just two months before his deadly attack. He charged his relatives a nominal $10 for the house, and his wife acted as a witness. His actions seem to indicate that he planned his jihad attack well in advance.
