Easter supper with the kids today - three parts joy, one part trial. "Grown up" is a relative thing.

I know some quiche I've had at restaurants is fluffy-light. Milady says she thinks that's because they blenderize it.

Quiche has a bad reputation.
I've never been really sure why.
All it is, the kind that I like, is just
