WordPressing

I’m a-gonna try this one more time. Pete: My professional observer’s observation is, you need to re-learn how to put images in comments.

You no longer need to add those <img src=” and “alt=”” /> parts anymore. Just paste the URL alone, and WordPress will add all the image tag gobbledygook (sorry, technical term). And just to be super-clear, the URL is just the bit that starts with http:// (usually) and ends in .jpg (usually) or .png or .gif. (Not just Pete, lurkers: apparently, any users can add images to comments now this way.)

However, I would presume you still have to use the full image tag gobbledygook in the main post itself. So, sum total, did this change make it easier for bloggers, or twice as hard, ’cause you have to remember two techniques? 8O
