What's in a Business Name?

Not sure Sam & Ella's was such a good choice for a chicken place. Like Dr Pain the Dentist, some folks just shouldn't use their names for their business. Added to the blog-heap, where sometimes BoB's posts are the only thing balancing my right-hand (fun & info) column with the left (wars & problems).
