Two days ago, dodging one of our murderous cats, Milady went down on her knee and hip. Said afterward that she's glad she's been keeping up her calcium. Bruised badly but nothing broken. We're not that fragile yet. She can still make me a sandwich.

Glad you're not broken, Vic. I'd loan you my rocker, which is pretty durn sturdy, but shipping might be prohibitive.
