Now, how could a simple statement like that possibly be "inconsistent with Brandeis University's core values"?

As somewhat of a recovering cognitive dissonant myself, I have some sympathy, but mostly just want to shout, wake up! The status of womankind under Islam is particularly hopeless. The greatest religious liberator of women was Jesus, who they disdain. How backwards can you get it!
