Oklahoma Executions
Howdy, from Oklahoma, where we sometimes "accidentally" take a long time to execute criminals. You know, like beheaders.
100 years ago, this guy would be at the end of a rope within the week if not by now. Only modern improvement I might make is to hang him after a little waterboarding. Just in case he knows anything. Or even if he doesn't, what difference does it make?
Or, better, let's say he's mentally unfit (Y'THINK?) and imprison him, feed him, clothe him, house him, give him free medical care and "counseling" from an imam, and let him spread his virus death cult.
