Morality Inherent in Personality

My 2¢ less tax:

Just as physics is inherent to the physical universe, so is morality inherent in personality self-awareness.

Recognizing self and other will lead to moral righteousness. On any planet, anywhere in Creation.

As 'other' includes Deity conception, the Creator will be acknowledged as the one who 'built in' the facts, meanings, and values of life, but such faith-understanding is not requisite to discerning things, relationships, and righteousness.

For me, the Commandment is, Love God as your Father, but the second like unto it, love your neighbor as yourself, can be understood even in ignorance of the first part.

Am I being muddy here? Trying to be commentarily concise on a gigantic issue, while twiddling with this virtual keypad instead of real typing.
