High-speed rail reminds me of what's said of recycling

Just dropped in because it was here. And so am I. I didn't read the comments. Are we thoroughly off-topic yet? (What am I saying? It's more than 25 comments in!)

Anyway

High-speed rail reminds me of what's said of recycling. You know, if some recycle had value, you'd see bums picking through the trash for it, right (cans)? If there was a reason to have those rails, someone would be setting up to turn a buck on it. I mean, folks are setting up commercial space-travel passenger service, so I don't think much would be keeping them from building high-$peed rail$ if there were $ome good rea$on$ to do $o.

And just for the halibut, let us all ask together,

Well, what the hal: Barely related, here's the start of my collage master's thesis on Theory of Transportation or something from June, in case you weren't rickrolled into seeing it previously. 28 inscrutible panels. Yes I meant collage, not college.

There. Now, by the Law of Murphy and my track record holds, the ONT will have been posted while I wrote this, the Horde will have mooved on, and no one will see this. If we're all lucky.
