From what's posted about him above, I wouldn't have him as Surgeon General. Is the big attraction that he's not white? He's doesn't really seem to me to be a principled conservative. I admire his bootstraps background. Glad he was a great surgeon. I did like his stand-up at the prayer breakfast, but let this one-hit wonder go.
