At a guess, you're seeing a partially-downloaded picture, and even when you refresh the page, it's pulling the pic up from cache.
Try opening the picture by itself in a tab, then refresh that, and see if it doesn't fix it on the blog page. (How to do that? Don't ask me; it's your browser.)

Facebook, huh? Well, trusting 'ette, I turned on javascript and plug-ins and got a still frame that looks like grannie in yoga gear, but requires Flash to run. I don't do Flash.
But it clarified for me that it wasn't the video of the grandfather balancing a beer glass on his forehead while rolling over, then picking it up with his knees and drinking it. Was Granny that good?
Lizzy: Cruz is wrong for deriding "urbanites" with his NY values hit...
It was badly stated, in that it could be taken two ways, and Trump bulled his way through on one of those ways, and Cruz's follow-up clarification didn't undo the damage, but he didn't deride urbanites so much as, well, what he said in his clarification. That's how I took him initially, too.
BTW, Trump's invoking WTC took advantage of Cruz's poor initial approach, but Sunny hilariously calls it (Trump's response) for what it was:

sock_rat_eez: NRO is one of those sites that produce nothing but a blank page unless I allow them to run a shit-ton of 3rd party Javascript, but I kinda take that as a sign that I really didn't need to read their bullshit anyway.
I've complained about that before, also. PJ Media, too. I don't mind turning on javascript and plug-ins if an article leads me into it, but to get nothing at all? They lose me.
Although, today I did turn on javascript to see what PJM said. Confirmed that it wasn't that interesting to me.
