• Summer and Rusty from Santa Clara, California, have been fighting for two years to adopt the child
• Now a court ordered emergency stay has been lifted, the Department of Children and Family Services will try to remove Lexi any day
• The Choctaw Tribe has decided to place Lexi with a person in Utah who is not Native American and does not live on a reservation …

Hours before President Barack Obama landed in Havana to meet with high-ranking members of the island’s repressive communist regime, more than 50 pro-democracy dissidents were beaten and arrested, shoved into buses to be shipped into the nation’s jails to prevent them from disturbing official activities.

At least 50 of those arrested are members of the Ladies in White, a mostly-Catholic dissident group comprised of the wives, daughters, mothers, and sisters of prisoners of conscience.…

The state of Oklahoma officially recognized the Libertarian Party Monday.… Oklahoma State Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax said… “This means Oklahomans can register as members of the Libertarian Party, and candidates can run as Libertarian for all partisan offices in the state. The Libertarian Party also will receive a ballot line for President and Vice President in November’s General Election.” …

Bulgaria is now deploying troops along its border with Macedonia, in case migrants whose route has been blocked attempt to find a new route through Bulgaria. Meanwhile, a brawl broke out between Afghans and Syrians at a migrant camp in the Greek port city of Piraeus. The conflict reportedly started with a disagreement over the use of a cell phone charger. Fifty people took part in the fight, and one man was injured.

In other news, a suicide bomber in Istanbul exploded himself in a busy shopping area, killing at least four people and wound an undetermined number.…
