An unidentified man drove his truck onto the National Mall near the Capitol building in Washington D.C., causing several nearby streets to be shut down by authorities. The man claimed he had been exposed to anthrax on a Virginia farm, and said he came to D.C. to seek help and warn people about the anthrax. Initial tests for the disease came back negative, and authorities said there was no danger to the public.
