Wars and Rumors

The IKEA superstore near Stockholm which witnessed a double murder this week by Eritrean asylum seekers has responded by ending the sale of kitchen knives in-store, and the government has stepped up its policing at asylum-lodgings to defend against a backlash.

The response of the Swedish authorities to the ‘stabbings’ which killed what is reported to be a Swedish native mother and son shopping in the Västerås branch of IKEA – the largest in the country – has mystified some international observers.… unconfirmed suggestions in the fringe press that the killers shouted “Allah Akbar” as they struck. … IKEA stores are gun-free zones…

Now, also, knife free zones. Soon to be fork-free zones. Also breakable glassware-free zones. No heavy cooking equipment zones. No large blunt object zones. And why is 'stabbings' in quotes?

BERLIN — When Margot Bachmann began her search for her mother — from whom she was separated by the Nazi German government in 1944 — the odds looked slim that she would get solid facts, much less a reunion.

Instead, thanks to the help of the International Tracing Service (ITS), the 70-year-old found her mother alive and well, age 91, in Italy.…

Government at Play

Securing Our Borders

One of the suspects accused in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry has plead guilty to first degree murder charges. Under the plea deal, Rosario Rafael Burboa-Alvarez will be sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Burboa-Albarez was not at the scene the night of Terry’s murder in Arizona in Dec. of 2010; he was in Mexico– the one who recruited and paid the so-called “rip-crew” of illegal immigrant criminals that opened fire on Terry and other agents.

In 2012, Burboa-Alvarez was found living and working illegally in Phoenix and was arrested.…

Defending Ourselves

Norman, Oklahoma …Childers grabbed a lever-action rifle and chased the man down, but once he had him cornered he remembered the gun was not loaded. So he told the man to take off running, and said he would let him go if he got to the end of the driveway before Childers caught him again. In the interim, Childers grabbed ammo, loaded the rifle, and jumped on his four wheeler. He caught the alleged home invader before he reached the end of the driveway and held him at gunpoint until police arrived.…

Just how long was that guy's driveway?
