Barks Like a Duck -- Originated, oddly enough,
some time around USA's Presidential Inauguration Day, 1989 (George Bush the
elder), revised to current form 1991 Nov 17. Obviously this was
written before Billary Clinton helped us appreciate the Reagan-Bush era. Of
course, George I did only get four, and did lead us into a war, but just a
relatively little one, unless you consider that the Kuwait war laid the
foundation for his son's Iraq war, and then there was Panama, and of course the
Drug Wars... but that all lay in the future back when this was written. First
