A well known antimicrobial, Nitric Oxide, has been found to rapidly reduce SARS-CoV-2 viral load, knocking it down by 95% within 24 hours, and 99% within 72 hours, according to a recent study by researchers funded by England's NHS foundation trust and SaNOtize Research & Development Corporation - a Canadian biotech company currently conducting Phase II trials of a nitric oxide nasal spray.
This study just came out at the NEJM yesterday. It's the first real study that attempts to look the ClotShot risk. This is based on Israeli data:

Read that carefully. Elevated risk of myocarditis, lymphodenopathy, appendicitus, and shingles are what stick out above background. Read it carefully.
They don't look at risk factors vs age, at least not in the headline data. I'm seeing some stiff that based on some data here, the myocarditis risk may be as high as 1/5000 for teenaged boys.
Can you believe appendicitus? But that's what they found.
The Good News—A COVID-19 Update
Most fundamentally, we do not need to be afraid of COVID-19 anymore. The media and some government health authorities are still pushing hysteria and fear, but that should not prevail. Let’s look at the good news that can calm our fears about COVID-19. There’ll be time at a later date to look at the bad and the ugly of the resolving pandemic.
