It's been a year. A gazillion people have died with the COVIDs, and 100 Olympic sized swimming pools worth of blood has been tested from these people, yet we have zero official guidance on blood types, deficiencies, etc. that are more or less susceptible. No "okay, folks, everyone take vitamin A" or "it looks like O-positive folks are more at risk".

Just "everyone wear three masks and we'll beat this virus!!!"

The winner in today’s Zero Self Awareness category is a well-known emergency doctor, Dr. Cleavon Gilman, who has been promoted by the Biden White House. On Thursday, he captioned a video of maskless Florida market-goers: “Naples, Florida. Let ’em die. I’m so tired of these people. No vaccine for y’all. “I’m working in the COVID ICU tonight! I’m so tired of giving 200% while others in the U.S. can’t even help by simply wearing a mask!”

After taking heat, Dr. Gilman claimed he had to delete the post because of “Republicans trying to take my words out of context as if I deny medical care to people that don’t wear masks & ‘let ’em die. My point is that we can’t waste our energy on these COVID deniers. [They] are not gonna protect themselves so let ’em die. They’ll find out the hard way.”

So … “I’d never let anyone die, but if they’re not going to wear masks, let ’em die”? Did this stupid Republican get it right THIS time, sir?
