Head Shop #4, like Head Shop #3, was printed on hemp paper. The fine print on the cover said "adults only—hedonistic debaucherous libertine egalitarian fuzzy-cuddlers preferred." It also carried a price of 25c, which was encircled by the message "Hey, buddy, can you spare two bits?" But that wasn't really readable in the final printings.
