Merry Christmas from the Radical Incline. Peace on earth and good will toward men deserve a chance. But the brotherhood of humankind cannot come until mankind creates one democratic world union, and we don't seem to be in any danger of that happening soon, alas.
Holiday news we can use:
MSNBC:
June still favorite time to lose virginity, but Holiday season
a close runner-up.
Yahoo/Reuters: Zurich monks worried by organized Christmas begging. (On a larger scale we call it socialism.)
Okay, maybe it's just the jolly inclined radical's view, but I see this
as a holiday horror story:
Los Angeles (Reuters) -
Prison system officials refuse to permit inmates ingredients to
make Christmas cheer just because some of them can't handle it. Inside the
prison or out, prohibition is the punishment of the many because of the
behavior of the few.
Nothing to do with the holidays, but one of the stupidest luddite
articles I've ever read:
BBC Dec-23 Paul Rubens Farewell Beloved CDs. Excuse me?? Gagggg!
The Scotsman Dec-24: Mother abandons boy, 11, at airport. With psychologist apologias.
The PRUDES of the PURITALIBAN ALLIANCE win again, as Wal-Mart pulls the preggers Midge off their shelves due to unexplained popular disacclaim. Was it the removable stomach? The questionable fatherhood of the alleged father-doll Allan? The parentage of the pre-existing son-doll Ryan? All we know is, "Customers said they were not happy." DAMN THE TYRANTS!
Own the entire rustic town of Bridgeville, California, by buying it on e-bay, likely opening price $775,000, or if you prefer, a real estate company is offering the deed to Playas, New Mexico, ghost town available for only $3.2 million. Isn't this a great country? What great gifts these would make for Aunt Tilly!
Merry Christmaaaaaaas!
Ohio.com: Don't joke with the pilots about their drinking problems, or you'll get arrested!
Pennsylvania police kill 12-year-old boy after car chase.
Just another day on the force.

America swaggers it can do anything it wants anywhere it wants anytime it wants just like always.
Reasonable measures!news.telegraph.co.uk: Sudanese women
ban sex in effort to halt war (By Vivien Morgan in Khartoum) A former
university professor in Sudan has launched a sex strike in an attempt to to end
the 19 years of civil war that have torn the country apart.

Had it been this long since I last added to this page? Darn these busy holiday weeks! "How much is that bloggie in the Windows? The one with the radical links?...."
Okay, okay, it's off-topic maybe, but it seems to me even our fellow intelligent higher mammals enjoy a roaring drunk and rebel against captivity, so it's unsurprising we humans do likewise. Guwahati, India, where drunken rampaging elephants kill six. And Miami, Florida, where an elephant, among other metro zoo animals, naturally turn violent against their captors.
BRAINWASHED VICTIMS OF CRUEL AND UNUSUAL TYRANTS:
"He says
he is not upset about losing his hand because it led to the end of his 12-year
career as a thief." Well, whatever floats your boat, man, but civilized
peoples see life under the rule of Sharia as brutal and obscene.
Short-haired girls passing for boys and so they jail the barber. 1950s southern United States? Not this time. Tyrannical Irannical, unsurprisingly.
Following up on an earlier item, it seems that sexual liberty is under assualt under the guise of disturbing the peace. Even though as noted in the earlier article the tenants of an apartment building knew there was a swingers' club on the premises, and received reduced rents for their inconvenience for the nuisance, the auspices of tyrannical so-called "government" was invoked to interfere in free exercise, free trade, and free choice and shut down the swingers club. Who could imagine such a thing happening in Berlin?
Either it's a crime or it's not. Either it's fraud or it's not. But licensing psychics? That almost seems to condone fraud. Where else but San Francisco would add another layer of law upon the citizenry by trying to regulate the difference between genuine psychics and charlatans!

drugs." Read those figures! More than one in every hundred eighth-graders has

less grass. This is not reassuring news!

Wired: Keeping Track of John Poindexter
wkbw.com Dec-12: "A Canadian Committee in Ottawa today recommended that Canada decriminalize the use of marijuana for personal use." Other than that closing line, the article is a propaganda piece bemoaning the problem that Prison Amerika is going to have if our neighbors to the North continue with the intelligent (if absurdly gradual) course of repealing pot prohibition.
